I bring design thinking to AI. Twenty-seven years building programs, businesses, and communities from scratch taught me the same lesson every time: the tool only matters once a person can actually use it. So I start with the human, curate how they move through it, make it legible — and stay until it sticks.
The reading controls at the top of this page are the point, not a feature. Change the font, the surface, the size, the spacing — each one explains why it might help you.
I'm dyslexic and have ADHD, and I build for every kind of mind. Clarity isn't a nicety here; it's a duty owed to whoever is reading. Most sites tell you they're accessible. This one hands you the controls and lets you feel the difference.
Systems that respect how brains actually work — that's the thesis. The page you're reading is the proof.
I've designed and run university programs, produced documentaries, consulted for civil and federal litigators, helped grow a meadery as a co-owner, and mentored hundreds of students through some of the hardest transitions of their lives. None of that was accidental — I follow curiosity, and curiosity doesn't move in straight lines.
Two things run through all of it: design thinking and curation. I start with the human, not the process — then I shape how a person actually moves through the work, down to the detail, because the detail decides whether they engage. When federal education law changed the rules mid-stream, I rebuilt a university teacher-education degree across 26 departments in five months — not by working harder, but by redesigning the system around the people inside it.
My Purdue Applied Generative AI Specialization gives the instinct technical depth. I know how large language models work, where agent frameworks earn their place and where they don't, and how to turn that into strategy non-technical stakeholders can act on.
I'm based in the Louisville, La Grange, and Cincinnati area. I'm dyslexic and have ADHD — features, not bugs. Pattern recognition, hyperfocus, and seeing connections across unrelated domains are my native operating system.

— George Parker Jr.I bring design thinking to the first question most teams skip: where does AI actually belong in your work — and where doesn't it? From opportunity mapping and tool evaluation to implementation roadmaps, enablement, and governance frameworks. Cross-sector: education, legal, business, hospitality, media.
I curate learning experiences that make AI legible to people who are skeptical, overwhelmed, or starting from zero. Grounded in 27 years of designing curriculum and learning experiences — at universities and beyond — and making hard ideas matter to real audiences, down to the detail of how a person moves through the material.
Most AI pilots die at adoption. Enablement is the fix, and it's the part I run — onboarding teams to AI services, sequencing the change, managing stakeholders, and building the internal capability that outlasts me. I own the whole outcome, not just the launch.
Active projects, credentials, and technical depth. All work is open on GitHub.
A web and mobile platform for bourbon and American whiskey enthusiasts — combining distillery discovery, trip planning, tasting logs, and community in one place. Built end-to-end as a solo founder product; public launch imminent at nativespirit.social.
Comprehensive specialization covering large language model architecture, RAG systems, agent frameworks, prompt engineering at scale, fine-tuning strategies, and responsible AI deployment. Completed April 2026.
A multi-agent system demonstrating orchestration patterns for real-world business workflows — including task delegation, context passing, and human-in-the-loop review. Built to illustrate practical AI program design beyond simple prompt-response patterns.
An interactive tool for organizations evaluating their readiness for AI adoption — surfacing gaps in data infrastructure, talent, process, and culture. Designed from the ground up for non-technical stakeholders to self-administer and act on.
I don't just talk about AI — I'm building with it. These ventures are live experiments, coaching platforms, and community tools I'm developing alongside my job search.
A coaching and consulting platform helping people with ADHD get real use from AI tools to work with their brain rather than against it. Combining lived experience, executive function research, and practical AI workflows into a toolkit for the divergent mind.
My AI coaching and consulting practice for Gen X — practical, human-centered AI adoption for people who built the digital era and can tell hype from substance.
Co-owned and helped grow a craft meadery in Louisville, KY — handling everything from brand strategy and sales to operations, event programming, and community partnerships.
Launched a pop-up meadery in La Grange, KY from concept to opening in seven weeks. A lean, fast test of a new concept — proving that agile operational thinking translates directly from startup playbooks to brick-and-mortar.
Led full restaurant operations for two diner concepts in Louisville — overseeing staff, financials, vendor relationships, and customer experience through a high-volume food service environment.
12-year creative media and consulting practice spanning education, legal, hospitality, media, and nonprofit sectors. Work ranged from litigation support and records management to curriculum design, organizational strategy, and documentary production.
Supported a Louisville law firm with complex litigation document management, records retention strategy, and discovery processes — building the organizational and analytical discipline that would later define my consulting work.
Built and led an interdisciplinary academic program at the intersection of liberal arts education, teacher credential programs, and community partnerships in San Francisco.
